A unique and richly spiced old world ale with harmonious flavors including a range of fruity accents and aromatics derived from an assortment of spices and a special yeast strain. A very complex brew that has notes of licorice, sweet orange and spices.

Saison Deluxe

Stunningly complex with tropical fruit overtones of pineapple and passion fruit. Imported malt and hops create a smooth, earthy flavor on the palate. A farmhouse-style ale, SAISON DELUXE successfully combines traditional rustic flavor with a sophisticated craft-brewed taste.

Cuvee Des Fleurs

Cuvèe des Fleurs roughly translates to "batch of the flowers". This most distinctive ale is flavored with a variety of edible flowers. Aromatic and medicinal flowers such as Lavender, Chamomile, Calendula, Rose Hips and Hops (they’re flowers too!) are added to this special brew to impart a distinct aroma and flavor.

Abbot 12 | 10.5% ABV

A strong, dark ale with notes of raisins, figs, and caramel, and a pronounced “dark rum” character. Deceptively smooth at 10.5% alcohol, this strong ale is ideal as an after-dinner sipping brew..
