Southampton Ales & Lagers joins Pabst in Alliance

Pabst Brewing Co. has announced an alliance with Southampton Bottling, LLC
of Southampton , NY, to distribute that company's specialty ales and lagers.

Southampton Brands, based in Southampton, NY, is one of the highly-decorated
craft brewers in the country, with a total of 22 medals won at beer festivals
since 2000.

Most recently, Southampton was awarded a Silver medal for its Double White
Ale and a Bronze medal for its Saison farmhouse-style ale at the Great American
Beer Festival in Denver, CO. Since 1996, Southampton has won 14 medals at the
Great American Beer Festival alone.

"Success in the craft industry today requires three key components: High quality
beers, a strong distribution network, and excellent marketing capabilities.
This alliance combines all of these necessary elements. We are excited and
energized by the prospect of working with a partner whose standards for quality
and excellence are consistently recognized as world-class," said Keven Kotecki,
CEO of Pabst Brewing Company.

Mr. Kotecki said the alliance will complement Pabst Brewing's own product
portfolio, including Pabst Blue Ribbon and Lone Star among 35 others. For
the second consecutive year, Pabst Brewing was also recognized as the Large
Brewing Company of the Year at the Great American Beer Festival.

"The opportunity to distribute Southampton products to a wider base of consumers
is something we have been interested in for quite some time," Southampton President
Don Sullivan noted. "Pabst Brewing's extensive sales and distribution network
and its ability to provide superior marketing support ensures that our brands
will have the ingredients for continued success."

As part of the agreement, Southampton brewmaster Phil Markowski will continue
to oversee production of Southampton's current line of beer brands.

Mr. Markowski will work closely with Pabst Brewing's Robert Newman, the 2007
Great American Beer Festival Brewmaster of the Year, "to insure that the highest
quality and most distinctive styles of craft beers are delivered to customers
and consumers."

The agreement is expected to take effect by year's end with shipments to commence
in the second quarter of 2008
